        Lardons of bacon, herb tomatoes & garlic croutons on salad leaves
        Garlic creamy mushrooms on toast
        Individual twice baked cheese souffle
 

        Pork with a mushroom and mustard sauce
        Salmon with a pesto sauce
        Coq au vin
        Lamb with a spicy soya sauce
        Turkey escalopes, rolled and filled with an apricot/walnut stuffing
        Sausages, mustard mash and onion gravy
        Boeuf bourgogne
        Trout with prawns and capers in a butter sauce

        All the above are served with a selection of vegetables & potatoes or rice
